Clawlock-2

Claw Locks

SecureOne uses the CLAW mechanical lock placed between the container doors, securing both sides to the container. It houses the asset tracking unit for real-time monitoring, and it can be controlled electronically, eliminating the need for keys. The lock’s latching mechanism secures onto four  anchor points, preventing the spindle from turning open. Its bottom arms add extra security.

Ratchet Locks

The ratchet lock was designed to secure the following:

  • Shipping containers (as either a primary or secondary lock)
  • Reefer containers
  • Closed-body trucks (all-size doors) The ratchet lock slides between the  saddles of the spindles, securely  locking the left- and right-hand doors together. Attempting to cut the spindles to overcome the lock is futile because the “saddles” keep the lock firmly attached to the door.

The Ratchet lock is also well-suited for securing reefer containers due to its adjustable design.

Tracking Units

Secure One’s current mobile tracking units come equipped with the following specifications:

  • A GPS/GPRS system.
  • A 10,000 mAh battery, providing a two-week battery life on a single charge while providing polling updates every 10 seconds.
  • A magnetized base for covert deployment on containers or trailers.
  • A light sensor at the back, which triggers a separation alarm if the lock or backup unit is removed.
  • Various alarms including stop alarms, off-route alarms, separation alarms, and battery low/critical alarms.
  • IP67 rating for durability.
