8.1 MailerLite
We use MailerLite to manage newsletter subscribers and send newsletter communications.
MailerLite acts as a service provider processing subscriber information on SecureOne’s behalf. MailerLite states that its data centres are located in the European Union, including facilities in Germany and the Netherlands, and its current Data Processing Addendum provides for security measures and processing by authorised sub-processors.
Accordingly, personal information provided for newsletter subscriptions may be processed or stored outside South Africa.
8.2 Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website and to help us improve website performance and content.
Google Analytics may process technical and usage information relating to visitors.
8.3 Google reCAPTCHA
We use Google reCAPTCHA to help protect our website forms and services from spam, abuse and automated activity.
reCAPTCHA may process technical information relating to your interaction with the website for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
8.4 Elementor and WordPress
Our website is built using WordPress and Elementor. Information submitted through website forms may be processed and/or stored within the website environment in order to facilitate the operation of the forms and respond to enquiries.
9. WhatsApp
SecureOne may provide WhatsApp links or functionality on the website to allow visitors to communicate with us.
If you choose to contact SecureOne through WhatsApp, your communication will also be subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy practices.

SecureOne maintains a PAIA Manual containing information about the organisation, the categories of records it holds, the processing of personal information, and the procedures for requesting access to information.
The SecureOne PAIA Manual identifies Nicolan Achary as the Information Officer and Teresha Hansraj as Deputy Information Officer.
The PAIA Manual may be requested from SecureOne or accessed through the applicable channels described in the Manual.
