We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Enhanced Services Division. This is a client-facing sales and relationship role focused on maximising revenue from our existing client base while identifying and converting new sales opportunities within the tracking, telematics, and cargo security space.
The Role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts within the Enhanced Services Division
- Build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and become their trusted point of contact
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across our tracking, telematics, and cargo protection solutions
- Proactively hunt for new business opportunities within the logistics, transport, and fleet management sectors
- Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and retention targets
- Represent SecureOne professionally at client meetings and industry engagements
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Solid key account management experience (managing and growing existing clients)
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence (essential – extensive travel required)
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Experience in vehicle tracking, telematics, fleet management, or cargo security services will be a strong advantage
- Background in the logistics or transport industry preferred
